i was welcomed so warmly by the staff, they offered me a welcome drink and a sweet treat right away! vivian upgraded my room to the best executive suite and gave me a free drink voucher to the sky bar, it was such a lovely surprise. the entire team were amazing and helpful with my plans , the breakfast was also yummy with great variety.
the hotel is cash only, a bit limiting for me.

the staff provided Really good service. attention to our needs continued . we also had a complimentary upgrade to the executive suite and there was a free beer voucher for a first drink at the rooftop bar.

the hotel is located conveniently and makes it easy to get everywhere. there are various good restaurants, stores, and pharmacies nearby. hoan Kiem lake and st joseph cathedral are also within walking distance from this hotel.

the rooms provide some of the best soundproofing. rooms were super clean the water pressure in the showers was good. nice toiletries and a secure safe are also available. we appreciated the extra space in the executive suite.

The location was practical. I walked easily to main attractions. my beautiful double or twin room featured an effective air conditioning system, it maintained a cool temperature. the breakfast buffet provided a wide array of choices and included several local options.
the gym equipment seemed slightly dated. this affected my routine a bit.
